Our Privacy Policy

While we believe in being social, we don’t believe in socializing your personal and private information. We recognize that your privacy is important. So The Social Workplace  does not share your information with anyone. PERIOD.

Also, we do not accept any form of cash advertising, sponsorship,  paid topic insertions, or any other form of compensation for the thoughts presented. Posts are published simply because they ignited that “a-ha!” moment and because we thought the topic was timely and interesting.

Text Message Notifications

To keep things convenient and simple, we offer a registration service to receive text messages when new blog posts are published. While this means you must provide your phone number it doesn’t mean you’re giving up your right to privacy.

  • We won’t spam your phone number.
When you sign up for text message notifications, you will ONLY receive text messages when new blogs are published or updated. This service is provided through the plugin called WordPress Text Message.
  • We don’t store any personal data at all.
Nothing, zero, zip, zilch. We don’t store your IP, phone number, text message, email, or anything. We don’t even keep stats about message sending, cell phone providers, etc.
  • We don’t share any data.
Since we don’t store anything, we can’t share it – but even if we had data, we still wouldn’t share it. We don’t believe in taking advantage of our readers like that.
  • We are 100% free
Notifications of new blog posts is NOT a subscription service and we won’t add any charges to your cell phone bill or sign you up for any automated messages, subscription services, or anything like that. You can quit us at anytime.
