Web Conversion Specialist (Full Time, OH)

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Web Conversion Specialist is responsible for driving the development of web marketing initiatives and developing an online prospect and retention experience that increases user engagement and conversion. This will be accomplished by leveraging information architecture, user interface design, content, web analytics, research and new web technologies. The position requires specialized technical skills and a balance of business strategy and technical competency around web marketing systems and processes.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience writing compelling web content and consistently improving Internet conversion rates
  • Experience developing and implementing web content strategies and programs to support organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of effective web design, site development, and online marketing, including SEM and SEO principles
  • Extensive experience working with web analytics tools and metrics management to drive marketing strategies; strong understanding of the web and online user behavior
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in Internet/ecommerce industry preferred
